The Preliminary round will not be held this year. Finals will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Town Square, Northville, MI 48167.

Please review the performance line-up for the finals round. Please confirm that the information we have for you is correct with a quick reply via email. Missing or incomplete information has been highlighted in pink for your review. If you find song titles, spellings and other changes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP, so that we can incorporate these changes in time. Remember, that the song chosen for the preliminary competition must be the same as for the finals. Also, take note that performances should be within the 5:00 minute time-frame. Exceeded performance times can result in a scoring deduction. To facilitate a speedy registration process, pre-fill attached Bio Sheet & Equipment/Stage Set-up sheet prior to arrival. Bio & Equipment sheets can be emailed to email@example.com.

RECORDED BACK-UP MUSIC:
All music must be turned in at the registration table upon arrival. Each contestant must furnish 2 copies (master and back-up) of his/her own music on CD, cued and ready to start. CD’s must be properly labeled with the title of the routine/song selection and the dancer/musician’s name/s. Only one routine/song selection per CD. ****CD’S MUST BE IN AUDIO FORMAT, NOT in MP3 FORMAT**** CD’s will be tested on-site during the registration process.
EQUIPMENT & PROPS:
All musical equipment & props should be labeled. A list of all equipment & props must be turned in at registration table upon check-in. To insure smooth transmission from performer to performer, we require that your equipment set-up and stage needs must be communicated and initialed by a stage set-up person.
BIO INFO & EQUIPMENT SHEET:
Please turn in completed bio and Equipment sheet upon checking in at the registration table. ****PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER PRONUNCIATION OF NAME**** We want to get it right!
